I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals from toddlers to adults in a variety of settings including hospitals, college counseling centers, and private practice since 2013. My experience has focused on child development, parent coaching, couples work, communication skills, and individuals seeking help with anxiety, depression, struggles at home, self-esteem, and symptom management. I also have a history of working with performers such as musicians and actors as well as athletes. Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and pre-martial counseling are also in my wheelhouse.
