Marissa Yubas, MFT
As
a strength-based counselor, I will help you discover and utilize your
strengths
and self-compassion to bring about meaningful and lasting change.
We work together as a team to create attainable goals and
structured
plans to foster new healthy habits. I offer a genuine, trusting,
non- judgmental
environment where we focus on the whole person within all aspects of
life. I’m here for you as unconditional support throughout your
life’s journey.
I have been a professional athlete in the equestrian show-jumping field since 2013, with my experience starting in 1997. My horse, Jessie, lives nearby in Brewster, NY under the watchful and caring eyes of a wonderful team. I live in Danbury with my partner Dennis and our two rescued cats, Sikes and Stanley. I love attending live music and enjoy drawing and painting abstract works; I’m happy to share them with you! I’m also always interested in hearing about new horror or drama movies to watch!
